Pickleball Court Booking Policy
- All bookings must be made in via a website booking system.
- Full payment shall be made to confirm any booking.
- The specified price is strictly applicable to Current UNITEN Students only.
- UNITEN students are required to present their student card upon arrival at the court
- All payment made are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-replaceable
- Rental paddles and ball purchases are available at the court.
- 1) Premium Paddle rental – RM10
2) Normal Paddle rental – RM5
3) Ball purchase -RM10
Note: please make all equipment booking and payment at counter - All rented paddles shall be returned immediately upon completion of play, in the same condition
- Any damage, loss, or delay in return may result in additional charges.
- In October 2025, all payments for rental paddles and ball purchases must be made at the counter office @UNITEN.
- From November 2025 onwards, payments for rental paddles and ball purchases shall be made through our website booking system.

- All player participates at their own risk. HMS shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, or loss sustained.
- Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- All player must conduct themselves respectfully towards staff and other players.
- For Uniten student booking slot, please make sure at least one student must be present at the court.

- Each court shall not exceed four (4) players at any one time.
- Extension of playtime is subject to additional charges and availability.
- Players must keep the court clean and dispose of rubbish properly.
- HMS shall not be responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
- Players are solely responsible for their own safety and possessions.
